Sessions are conducted via chat—no audio or video. Chats are my favorite because my fingers on the keyboard feel like a direct spiritual connection. My mouth can't get in the way!

As I've explained in my books, our bodies love to provide Marvelous Messages designed to help us live to our highest and best. In your session, we will focus on ONE issue your body is experiencing and what its underlying message might be.

In a 60-minute session, we will attempt to identify a few key words and their meaning for you.

In a 90-minute session, we can go deeper and work to identify how those meanings connect to your life challenges while also moving into the first steps you can take toward resolving those challenges. 

Please choose an appropriate time length for the goal you want to achieve, as other engagements prevent me from extending a session beyond its selected timeframe.
