This session begins by identifying an ache, pain, or symptom you want to explore. We will talk about the language of this symptom and its meaning for you. By delving deeply into the intuitive messages your physical body is sending, together we can clarify what your body wants you to know and how this may connect to your present life challenges. From there, we can identify action steps your internal guidance suggests.

     Warning: These sessions can quickly reveal old emotional baggage so that it can be cleared. Do not choose this session if you want to avoid certain emotional triggers!

     Expect this session to last approximately 60 minutes. 

Have you been stranded at the crossroads of life? Are you struggling with a life challenge that has left you unsure as to which path to take? This session begins by enumerating your current life situations and prioritizing your pressing issues.
     This is a cooperative session, meaning you will contribute information as much as I. will If on video, you'll see I write and share notes on small paper cards. As we map out and clarify your challenges, the pile of cards will grow. You’ll see these cards can become a jumble at times. I will continually sort through them and add to them like an absent-minded professor. (As unusual as this sounds, this is my way.) This process will open doors to a deeper spiritual connection and allow me to potentially contribute ancestral connections and gifts to suggest resolutions to the challenges you’ve brought to the table. 

     For this session, it's beneficial if you have a bit of general knowledge of your ancestral heritage, even if this only means you've heard family stories throughout your life. For example, you may know Grandpa George served in the military and never came home, or you've heard "crazy Aunt Marie" stories, even if you never met her. This helps in bringing evidential recognition to the session.     
     These sessions are considered the most eye-opening that I provide. Expect this session to last approximately 90 minutes. One 20-minute follow-up call is included.
